Each course is designed to encourage a more varied complexity of confectionery and patisserie skills and prove great value to the practising confectioner.
INDIVIDUAL COURSES ON OFFER
* - Chocolate. . . . . . Tempering, moulding,piping, liqueurs, sweets
* - Sugar Boiling. . . . Pouring, piping, pulling and blowing.
* - Fudge and Boiled sweets.
* - Marzipan. . . . . . . Modelling, plaques, sweets, baskets, flowers
* - Cake decorating. Coating, flat icing, run-out, piping skills.
* - Pastillage Modelling
Each course will be intensive and will include 6 to 7 hours tuition each day
Learning material, ingredients and all tools provided
Photographs, Cd, of your work will also be made available and including in the fee.
Certificate of Competence; will be issued on the completion of the course
A none returnable deposit of .50.00 is required with the booking to reserve your place
