Each course is designed to encourage a more varied complexity of confectionery and patisserie skills and prove great value to the practising confectioner, baker, and wannabe chef attending catering and hospitality courses as well as the ambitious house person, or just for the fun of it. We have facilities and knowledge to assist you to developing your own little business (working from home).

INDIVIDUAL COURSES ON OFFER

* Chocolate; . . . .Tempering, moulding, piping, liqueurs sweets,
* Sugar Boiling; . Pouring, pipiing, pulling and blowing
* Marzipan; . . . ..Modelling, plaques, sweets, baskets and flowers.
* Pastillage; . . . . Production, rolling skills, moulding, flowers.
* Petits fours; . . .Including sugar, marzipan and chocolate.
* Cake decorating; . Coating, flat icing, run-out, piping skills.

Each course
will be intensive and will include 6 to 7 hours' tuition each day, learning material, ingredients and all tools provided.
One-to-one courses are run in our own workshop.

For private courses, our fee is £ 175. 00 per day

As soon as possible.
A none returnable deposit of £ 100.00 is required, with the booking to reserve your place.


All completed items are photographed and are available for the candidate to take home, a Certificate of Competence is available at the end of the course.
A snack for lunch is included

We can not provide accommodation, a list of local accommodation is available on request.
